  • Assist in developing brand plan and forecast based on market segmentation and deliver campaign execution that drives the achievement of business objectives.

  • For select brands in the dermatology portfolio, responsible for leading all marketing activities including: launch/brand plans, market research, segment analysis, promotional programs, non-personal promotion, , all brand strategies and tactics, and peer to peer initiatives

  • Support key business functions across the dermatology business (e.g. sample strategy, copay card strategy and execution, speaker programs, etc.)Oversee effectiveness of programs and initiatives including success tracking criteria. Track and share successes and best practices.

  • Identify and turn consumer/brand insights into actionable programs that have a beneficial impact on the growth of the business.

  • Build collaborative relationships with key internal partners (sales, analytics, operations, medical)

  • Research trends, platforms, and experiences that can drive innovation and performance

  • Build strong relationships with key customers both external and internal

  • Accountable for ensuring brands meet or exceed annual revenue and unit forecasts

  • Manage brand budget to ensure maximum ROI for investments, and that annual budgets are not exceeded

  • Understand market landscape for categories we compete in, and support internal competitive intelligence activities/war games etc.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

This individual must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience or related experience . The individual should have proven skills in the following: brand marketing, market and competitive analysis, marketing program development, project management and execution, and managing financial and budget tracking information required. Individual must have the ability to work in cross-functional team-based culture. Strong interdependent partnerships, collaboration, managing multiple priorities, influence & negotiation skills are required. Dermatology experience is a strong plus. Experience working Medical Legal Review process (MLR) and experience working with Veeva is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong passion for creating iconic and disruptive brands. Must have exceptional, oral and written communication skills, and be well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.).
