Reports to and supporting the Director, Sales Operations; Working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Training, Analytics, Marketing and Compliance teams
Call Planning creation of a tailored call plan to align with brand strategies. Arithmetic and rule based call plan creation to define the target universe to maximize field adherence
Understanding targeting develop methodologies to provide inclusive segmentation & targeting approach based on multiple data sources that will identify segmentation and develop strategies for selected segments
Alignments-provide the overall tactic and approach to ensure the field forces have a balanced workload and optimize span and control
Business analytics experience with a focus on delivering results within the areas of commercial operations such as reporting and analysis, targeting, sizing/alignments, segmentation, and modeling (i.e. promotional response models)
Key partner supporting multiple brand teams. (Dermatology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Biologics)
Understands key Pharmaceutical data sources (e.g.., SFA, IQVIA,SHA,SP) and data structures to produce insights and Manages the relationship withthese multiple data business partners
Attends Brand & Sales management meetings as a valued partner who contributes to the success of the business.
Facilitates/drives internal discussions with IT partners to build or streamline systems as necessary
Provides regular feedback on all Sales and Marketing initiatives to measure impact and optimize effectiveness
Utilizes data from the CRM to provide relevant and timely feedback to Sales leadership. Personal Skills/Attributes :
A proven track record of driving insights through development and interpretation of sales data and reports.
Experience evaluating and executing on Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives such as targeting, segmentation and alignments.
A positive attitude and be adaptable to a dynamic “startup” type of environment without losing focus on business goals.
A strong and dependable contributor who builds trust with management, and their business partners. They must be transparent, ethical, and honest, and foster a culture of the same within their team.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related major with 5 years pharmaceutical sales support experience including working with a CSO or large data vendor
Minimum 5 years business analytics experience with a focus on delivering results within the areas of commercial operations such as reporting and analysis, targeting, sizing/alignments, segmentation, and modeling (i.e. promotional response models).
Third Party data reporting knowledge (e.g., IQVIA, SHA).
Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel and/or other advanced analytical software.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
Possess a high level of energy, initiative and ability to multi task
Ability to develop solutions to complex problems, ability to assess and communicate potential enhancements to commercial operations reporting processes.
Technical knowledge of Microsoft office, MS Access or SQL and related software packages
