Job Summary
To look after simplification / automation of different business processes, and leading business excellence initiatives (Yield improvement, APO implementation, Inventory control etc.)
Areas of Responsibility
Implementation of APO across Sun sites.
Work upon, automation of Demand and Supply processes (Within APO) across Sun sites.
Effective implementation of LRP(Long range Planning) process.
Implementation and monitoring of Yield improvement projects by Ripik.
Implementation and monitoring of production scheduler by Ripik (Ripik Optimus).
Monitoring and coordinating with different stakeholders to reduce non-moving and gross inventory.
To look after different business processes and work up on simplification of it.
Workout Campaign planning, and inclusion of it in APO. (API only).
Coordination with plants for BOM and Recipe updation, relevant to planning process. (Including commercial and non-commercial demand).
Travel Estimate
Twice a month domestic and twice a year international.
