Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Digital) to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Candidateshould have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. He/she will work closely with thebusiness and supporting teams, and agency partners to launch campaigns on time and within budget. The candidate will be expected to build digital capabilities through agencies/local teams and be the custodian for digital asset creation for key markets in EM. Candidates with experience of executing digital marketing campaigns in South East Asian markets particularly Thailand will be preferred.
Job Description
Digital Campaigns
Evaluate existing agencies & setup new agencies to drive consumer centric brand campaigns
Custodian of start to end of campaign & ensure timely delivery of all campaign elements
Plan digital media spends & monitor progress of campaigns
Define key success metrics & share regular progress of key campaign metrics
Responsible to drive digital activation innovations across markets
Social Influencer Marketing
Scale up KOL campaigns & make them an integral part of always-on strategy
Identify the right set of social influencers through local digital agencies
Digital Content Creation
Website content creation & planning along with good understanding of customer experience, UI/UX
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines esp. during content development
Build content in social media channels esp. during non-campaign periods
Digital Capability
Evaluate multiple agency proposals & invest monies in the right media buying mix
Regularly monitor SEO across markets & execute search text ad campaigns
Lead AOP for key digital brands & forge strong relationships with key digital partners
Explore alternate digital channels for reaching out effectively to the set target audiences
Run e-commerce based campaigns on market places like Lazada/Shoppee in Thailand
Educate brand product managers to drive direct liasoning with digital agencies
