Job Summary
This position is responsible for Contract Labour Management, Attendance management, Employee Life cycle transaction, managing Personal files and HR inventories at MKM site
Areas Of Responsibility
Ensuring contract labour supply as per budge.
Managing employee and contract labour attendance system
Managing supplies related to HR and initiating indent on service and supplies
Ensuring vendor payment is done on time to avoid hampering of service and supplies
Managing employee/contract labour life cycle transactions in ONE HR, SPECTRA and CAMS and maintaining the data up to date
PF and ESIC compliance. Payment of ESIC, supporting employees in PF claims like PF advance, PF transfer, Pension claims etc.,
Ensuring agreements renewed on time
Managing employee benefit policies and related transactions. Wedding gift, Loan, LTA etc.
Active involvement in General administration like Restroom, Locker room, Security Services, Canteen management, Transport Management, etc.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
M.S.W (HRM), MA(HRM), Master in Psychology, MBA (HR), Any graduation with diploma in HR
Skills
Analytical Approach, Employee Relations, moderate knowledge about labour laws, HRIS application knowledge, Learning quest.
Experience
5 to 7 years
