Position: Manager Demand Planner - Captive API
Department: Supply Chain
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 5-7 Years of Total Work Experience with 3-4 years in demand planning and Inventory Management
Additional: Good knowledge of SAP, XLS, and good communication and presentation skill
Education: B. Pharm/M. Pharma, BE/ME, Masters (MBA, MS) or equivalent degree in Supply Chain

Job Role: The role will be responsible for Captive API demand planning
Key Responsibilities:
Own monthly API Planning cycle for captive API
Track deliveries against commits / deviations (weekly basis thru weekly meeting)
Manage logistic issue; order execution issue, material rejection issue/quality issue etc.
Escalate / Address API supply issues by working with the DF plants, API SC and Procurement through S&Ops, escalation meeting etc.
Inventory Control- Monitor slow and non-moving inventory and drive initiative to liquidate the same with respective stakeholders
Work with DF & API SC for Demand-Commit & Commit-Supply, Demand fidelity metrics.
Ensure annual work plan, campaign planning, Inventory build etc.
Effective management of change notification between Captive API & DF plant
Maintain hygiene and integrity of master data (inventory norms, transit lead time, outdated orders, unwanted sales orders / open deliveries)
Interface with different functions at various level of detail, with the ability to Draft presentations, summarize and highlight issues to Executive Level management
Develop and maintain robust and solid interface with API, Formulation Supply chain and Purchasing.
