Job Summary:
To operate the ETP, Reverse Osmosis Plant, Zero Liquid Discharge system and Hazardous Waste handling & Disposal activities.
Essential Job Functions:
Complete operation of ZLD system (ETP, RO, Decanter, Filter Press, Stripper, MEE and ATFD)
Maintaining of Log Book records in MEE and RO and SOPs.
Preparation of Dosing Chemicals for Effluent Treatment.
Maintaining the Inlet and Outlet parameters of effluents.
Handling of Hazardous waste and Disposal activities.
Sample collections for TNPCB visits.
Housekeeping and Garden maintaining at all ETP area.
Execution and arranging clearance for Preventive Maintenance of the ETP equipment.
Transferring of Effluent from Plant to Treatment area and maintain record for the same.
Preparing and arranging adequate facilities for MEE tubes cleaning by external agency.
Filling up of Hazardous waste management Manifest.
Prepare Work permits at all ETP area for any Height, Hot or Vessel entry as per the requirement.
Keep record of ETP chemicals.
Ensure proper bagging, loading of MEE salt in to rental Container.
To ensure safety at workplace and follow all safety rules and regulations applicable.
To maintain and updates the daily logbook of Electromagnetic flow meter.
Contract man power utilization and ensure their safety by using PPEs.
Operation, maintenance of Decanter Centrifuge & Filter press and subsequent cleaning activities.
Ensure scheduled cleaning activities as per procedures in CIP.
Keeping records of RO chemicals, replacing membranes and its record.
Ensure updating of Hazardous Waste daily generation and Storage tanks status board on daily basis.
Issuing work order for any breakdown related to Instrumental, Mechanical and Electrical equipment.
