To ensure the implementation of cGMP measures to meet the regulatory requirements.
Operation, maintenance, validation, revalidation, qualification, requalification and distribution of various Utilities to Pharma Blocks. (Including Power, HVAC, Water, Compressed Air. and steam etc.)
To be accountable for the budget allocation/monitoring for power, fuel and approval of bills for same.
To co-ordinate with Corporate projects team for expansion projects.
To decide the work allocation / vendor selection for the out sourced contractual jobs, like civil maintenance, painting, fabrication jobs etc. and to check / approve their bills for payment.
To plan and implement the Preventive maintenance Program and Breakdown Maintenance system across all the plant & machinery and ensure minimum downtime.
To be accountable for budget allocation of spares each year, its approval or rejection.
Procurement of spares and consumables of all plant and machinery.
To co-ordinate with Government Officials.
To co-ordinate with vendors of all capital equipment and machinery (including imported machines and spares).
